AG speaks to Va. Tech Corps of Cadets

The Virginia National Guard has speakers from the Army and Air National Guard with diverse backgrounds and expertise serving and living in nearly every corner of Virginia. The goal of the Speakers Bureau is to inform our Citizens about the state, federal and global missions of the Virginia National Guard as a whole and the specific capabilities the Virginia National Guard as the first military responder during emergencies uses to assist civil authorities to protect life and property in the homeland.


Submitting Your Request

Requests for Virginia National Guard support and the thoroughly completed DD Form 2536 should be submitted directly to the Virginia National Guard via e-mail to ngva.pao@mail.mil.

In order to request a speaker, you must thoroughly complete a DD Form 2536. You must have the form:

  • completed and signed by the sponsoring organization
  • certified and signed by the event site owner
  • submit the form

Requests should be completed, signed and submitted no less than 90 days in advance of the event. Incomplete forms and requests will not be considered. The Virginia National Guard Public Affairs Office determines whether the event is eligible for support.
